The opening credits
The opening credits are where we name the director, producers and also the main characters in the film. We use these credits to make films look more profesional and also to show an insight in how important some roles are within the actual film.
Distribution company
A film distributor is responsible for the marketing of a film. The distribution company is usually different from the production company. Distribution deals are an important part of financing a film.

Production company
The production company may be directly responsible for fundraising for the production or may accomplish this through a parent company, partner, or private investor. It handles budgeting, scheduling, scripting, the supply with talent and resources, the organization of staff, the production itself, post-production, distribution, and marketing.
Production companies are often either owned or under contract with a media conglomerate, film studio, entertainment company, or Motion Picture Company, who act as the production company's partner or parent company. This has become known as the "studio system". They can also be mainstream, independent or completely independent. In the case of TV, a TV production company would serve under a television network. Production companies can work together in co-productions. |

A possessory credit in filmmaking is the use of a film credit which gives primary artistic recognition to a single person – usually, but not always, the film's director. Examples include "A Stanley Kubrick film" - The Shining, "A film by Quentin Tarantino" - Pulp Fiction and "Alfred Hitchcock's Psycho" - Psycho.
Title of the movie
Lead cast
The lead cast is the list of the main characters that star in the film. Usually starts with the most famous actor or actresses.
Casting director
A casting director is sometimes assisted by acasting associate; productions with large numbers of extras may have their own extrascasting director. The "CD" remains as a liaison between director, actors and their agents/ managers and the studio/ network to get the characters in the script cast.

music composer
The music composer creates original music written specifically to accompany a film. The score forms part of the film's soundtrack, which also usually includes dialogue and sound effects, and comprises a number of orchestral, instrumental, or choral pieces called cues, which are timed to begin and end at specific points during the film in order to enhance the dramatic narrative and the emotional impact of the scene in question.

Production designer
In film and television, a production designeror P.D is the person responsible for the overall look of a filmed event such as TV program, video game, music video or advertisement.Production designers have a key creative role in the creation of motion pictures and television.

Adam Stockhausen is a production designer. Stockhausen, along with set decorator Anna Pinnock won the Academy Award for Best Production Design for the 2014 film The Grand Budapest Hotel.

Editor
In film the editor creates a finished motion picture by working with the raw footage, selecting shots and putting them into sequences involving digital technology.

Director of photography
A cinematographer or director of photography is the chief over the camera crews working on a film, television production or other live action piece and is responsible for achieving artistic and technical decisions related to the image.

Emmanuel Lubezki is a famous director of photography involved in films such as Gravity, A Little Princess, Lemony Snickets; A Series of Unfortunate Events, Cat in the Hate, A Walk in the Clouds and more.

Producer
Film producers fill a variety of roles depending upon the type of producer. Either employed by a production company or independent, producers plan and coordinate various aspects of film production, such as selecting script, coordinating writing, directing and editing, and arranging financing.

A screenplay writer, screenwriter for short, scriptwriter or scenarist is a writer who practices the craft of screenwriting, writing screenplays on which mass media such as films, television programs, comics or video games are based.

Director
A film director is a person who directs the making of a film. Generally, a film director controls a film's artistic and dramatic aspects, and visualises the script while guiding the technical crew and actors in the fulfilment of that vision.The director has a key role in choosing the cast members, production design, and the creative aspects of filmmaking.

Quentin Tarantino is a very famous film director who directed films like Somebody to Love, Natural Born Killers, Four Rooms, Jackie Brown and Inglorious Basterds.
